Agent Workspace
In 2023, we launched our Agent Workspace, a modern hub for agents to manage chats, SMS, tickets, and more all in one place. This year, we plan to bring enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback.
- Record List: Expanded Views – A new expanded view will allow easier management of records for clients using our ticket system.
- Terminated Chats Filter – A new filter will allow agents to view terminated chats, ensuring accuracy of information for reporting and tracking purposes.
- Admin-controlled Filters and Layouts – Admins will gain additional control to ensure their agents are viewing the right records and working on the right tasks.
- Quick Search Enhancements – Updates to the quick search functionality will make it easier for agents to use.
Hue AI
Hue, our ChatGPT-powered tool, sources answers to customers’ questions using AI, resolving up to 80% of customer support queries instantly. In 2024, we’re planning enhancements to ensure Hue is more conversational, easy to implement, and answers customer’s questions even more accurately.
Chat Widget Updates
Enhancements to widget management will make it easier to apply custom colors, custom CSS, and update labels within the widget. We will also add enhancements to the customer-facing side to better enhance user experience.
Infrastructure Upgrades and Stability
We made significant improvements to our networking infrastructure last year, and our system stability and customer data security continue to be a focus. With our upcoming new features and updates, nothing will cast a shadow on your customer satisfaction.
